ASSOCIATION
The Swiss Kitesailing Association (SKA) is the Swiss association for kitesailers. The SKA was established in 1997 and today consists of the two clubs “Swiss Kitesailing Association Club” and “Swiss Kitesailing Association Class”. The SKA Club is a sailing club of Swiss Sailing. The club conducts races and members receive a racing license from Swiss Sailing. SKA Class is a class association of Swiss Sailing representing all kite classes vis-à-vis Swiss Sailing.
SKA Club and SKA Class together are eligible to conduct official Swiss championships sanctioned by Swiss Sailing. Besides being a member of Swiss Sailing, SKA is also a member of the International Kiteboarding Association and the Kitebuggy Association International. The SKA is selflessly active.
