Memberships
The membership can be completed online via registration form any time. As soon as the registration form has been sent and we have received the registration successfully, the membership is valid. The membership for the current year can be solved until 15.12, registrations after 15.12 are only effective for the following year.
Prices
Prices are quoted in Swiss Francs. The Swiss Kitesailing Association reserves the right to change offers and prices without notice. The Swiss Kitesailing Association is not subject to VAT.
Duration
Membership is valid from the date of registration (01.01. at the earliest) until 31.12. of the respective calendar year. It will be automatically renewed for 1 year if not cancelled by 31.12.
Information obligations
When completing the registration process, the customer is obliged to provide truthful information and to inform the Swiss Kitesailing Association immediately of any changes (name, address, e-mail address, telephone number).
Final regulations
a. Applicable law: In the event of disputes, Swiss law exclusively comes into force.
